The fourth annual Malting Barley Field Day at KBS will feature winter and spring barley variety and management trials, and will include speakers from MSU, the Michigan Barley Association and the seed industry. Dr. Brook Wilke (KBS Farm Manager) will present on research ventures underway to explore double-cropping options within malting barley production. Guided tours of the research plots will be included in the program. Free lunch provided to registered attendees.

The field day will be held at the Farming Systems Center – 9702 N 40th St., Hickory Corners, MI 49060.
